Multi-Tenant Architecture
You only ever have one site for all users. Suppliers have one account (not dozens); workers have one account. Customers benefit from a unified feature set that evolves at no cost. So no one has to remember lots of different links and logins.
Highly Scalable, Multi-Database Architecture
We support multi-tenancy, but we keep all customer information in separate databases, so there’s no data mingling or security issues. It's an elaborate effort of queuing and caching that provides the the best-of-both approaches. Our system would perform with a hundred customers (and does) or a thousand due to its scale-out architecture. Customer data is segmented for security and scalability purposes.
Multi-Language & Fully Localized
Multiple languages within the same instance? No problem. We have customers with French, English, German, and Spanish speaking users all in one system.
We have customers around the world, from Sydney, Australia to London, UK to Los Angeles, California, so we recognize the compliance, regulations, tax, invoicing, cultures and customs differences you need to be ready for.

While we make it so you only have to remember one site address for all users (not dozens), we keep all customer information in separate databases to ensure security and scalability. So no matter how big you get, we can handle it. One system that still prevents data mingling, so your teams can only access information relevant to them, so you can be sure people will only have access to what they need.

Technical Specifications
The application has a 3-tier architecture and uses Microsoft SQL Server, a Java and .NET application layer, and an HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3 presentation layer. Our new user interface is built upon an Angular framework. This is a SaaS-based, multi-tenant application hosted in the Microsoft Azure Cloud. We employ Agile shop, Software Development Life Cycle policies and procedures (SDLC), and our developers are trained in OWASP security standards.
Azure Cloud
Microsoft Azure is the best in their class, having spent over a billion dollars on their security infrastructure. Control of our virtual environment allows us to monitor and increase are scalability as necessary. Our partnership with Microsoft Azure allows us 24-hour monitoring with intrusion detection and DDoS Protection. There’s no need to equip for peak-load requirements. And your data is encrypted alongside identity and access protocols.
Data Centers
We have primary and secondary data centers with Azure in Asia Pacific, North America and Europe & the Middle East with full redundancy.
Our European primary and secondary data centers are located in EU countries in compliance with GDPR.
Updates Every 5 Weeks
Like you, we’re constantly looking at ways to improve workforce management, but we won’t make you wait to get the latest upgrade - we release updates every 5 weeks. Our development is based on customer feedback and feature requests, as well as our own inquisitive nature and expertise, to deliver constant improvement, not periodical disruption and downtime.
